Paolo Patitucci is an Italian mixologist, beverage consultant and entrepreneur with over 20 years of international hospitality experience across Italy, the United Kingdom, Australia, Vietnam and the Turks & Caicos Islands.

He is the Founder and Chief Mixologist of Cocktail Perfetto, a beverage concept created in Turks & Caicos that brings together mixology, professional education, beverage consulting, premium experiences and ready-to-drink cocktail development.

Throughout his career, Paolo has worked across luxury hospitality, beverage operations, concept development and professional training, developing an approach that goes beyond the cocktail itself.

His philosophy is built around Beverage Culture — the idea that a successful beverage program is the result of product quality, technique, consistency, storytelling, service and guest experience working together.
